Tips to getting your 8 cups per day
1. Place a water bottle right beside your bed and drink 2 cups first thing in the morning. For additional wellness benefits you can add 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar or lemon.
2. Spice up your water with various fresh fruits: orange, lime, lemon, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberry. No sugar added:)
3. Drink it spicy by adding a few drops of cayenne pepper.
4. 30 minutes before each meal, drink 2 cups of water. This could prevent you from overeating.
5. Set a timer on your cell phone to remind you to drink your water.
