It's so important that you take the time to count the cost. What does it cost me to stay the same way and what will I gain if I make a change? Why do you want to lose weight, inches, get in shape? What motivates you? Where will you find the strength to not eat the whole pack of cookies when you've had a bad day? What will inspire you to say "enough is enough!" and choose to eat vibrant vegetables over the fried chicken? It's not always easy to change our eating habits and lifestyle, but changing for the better is so worth it. I believe that God has created our bodies in an ingenious way. When our bodies are fed the right foods, it has the ability to heal itself. Our bodies gives us signs along the way when we have had just one meat too many, one candy too much, but often times we ignore it....until we are force to deal with sickness or a disease. Choose now to prevent any further damage to your body and start taking your health back!!!
